"First, I have to let all of you know how happy I am with my Road King. The best and most pretty bike on any street or road in the world. The Pearl color is brilliant in the sun and open road. Neverless, the synopsis of the greeting is for Zack in parts as he has helped me to the extreme with Brad in the garage (this is your seamless service) that I continue to comment about and receive. I had purchased highway pegs for my new Road King and brought them back to the dealership to return them. I felt they would not fit on my bike as I pictured. Neverless, Zack explained how they could be adjusted on my ride the way I wanted. He knew more about the way they could be adjusted than the directions allowed. Thus, he went to the garage and Brad got involved and we looked at other bikes that had simular installs and they did it! I was invited to the garage to be "fitted" and it is perfect! Again so happy am I with the seamless teamwork from the HD Wausau professionals.

"Too many thank you's to express in one message. I have taken delivery of my 08' Road King and can not experess how pleased one can be. Delivered on the date I desired with the personel expressions added to my new ride. This has taken much work and comunication between Zack (parts) and Brad (Shop) to realize my dream. Specificially; heated hand grips, panacea lights, smoked lenses, windshield bag and the tour with Carl made the bike complete.
HD Wausau is a team of people that operates as a uniform circle. IE: They are one that work together. In any operation it relies on the team to please the customer. I'm one pleased customer as this is my SECOND new bike purchase in two years.

"When I arrived at the dealership on a busy Saturday morning to look at purchasing a new I was very nervous as this was going to be my first Harley purchase. Carl greeted us right away & made me feel comfortable within minutes. He answered all of my questions & was patient with me while I was debating on different bikes or if I was even going to for sure purchase that day. He wasn't pushy at all! "I have ridden other bikes and Nothing compares with a Harley! I have always wanted one, Went in to Wausau Harley and was greeted by Bret Stegeman. He was very patient in educating me on the bikes in the show room. One caught my eye, I went for a test ride. The rest is history, I bought it!, a 2003 Dyna Wide Glide 100th anniversary with lots of chrome extras. what a deal !! Jose helped me with the purchase and extended service plan. I can't say enough about every one here! The parts guys, Brandon and Scott. The service dept. Brad and Robert installing accessories and Dyno testing my ride to make sure the motor performed flawless. I got to talk to Steven, the GM. of Wausau Harley Who made sure I was completely satisfied with my Harley.I can't leave out Carl! "The HD WAUSAU Crew is a #1 Top-notch group of people dedicated to putting the customer first. Starting to name a few...Carl Berg in sales is the nicest most helpful person on a sales/customer service crew I have ever met. Now even months after my purchase, everytime that either my wife or I walk in, there is never a time that he does not seek us out to say "hi" or give us news about deals or upcoming events...but on top of it all he just wants to know how we are doing. My wife and I are currently expecting and the first thing Carl asks about is how the baby is doing. He is a fine asset to any organiztion. Also in parts & accesories...Coke Stevens really knows his stuff. He knew right away what I was looking for when I went to get set up with my accesories. I described what I wanted, and he took showed me one exhaust set up and I was sold. Last but not least by any means...Over in service, Brad is always on the ball. The second he sees me, he knows whether the parts I ordered are in and always keeps me updated on any that are on backorder, not to mention...any questions that I have on anything. "My 2007 FXDL was brought in for the 1K service. I had it there on time and it was delivered as scheduled. The questions and concerns I had were answered. Answered, professionally! The personnel from the garage sat down with me and actually had taken the time to address my concerns. All my concerns were answered and addressed with the 1K service. This is a great program with the "check-up" No doubt that future problems will non-existant with programs H-D has in place. Go with the owners manual and you will have a bike that will last for years longer. I realized the difference out of the shop!
It was nice to see Carl. This sales person spent an hour with me as I waited for the services to be completed. The best part is, Carl was truely interested about my purchase, how happy I was and wanted to know "what he could do for me" NOT what he could sell me. Carl is a real value to the HD colors, one concerend with the H-D Wausau customer.
Zack in parts helped me with a few minor parts that were important to me. The key word is IMPORTANT! He could have gone and sold and expensive piece or parts, however, I was the customer at hand and he again went out of the way to ensure that I would have that extra little shine on my gas tant and handlebar. Thanks so much Zack! I appreciate you interest in my new bike.

Guys, questions were answered professionally, the sales approach was done with customer care as I was never told what I needed, however, I was guided with my requests on the entire purchase as to what would be best for me and my riding skills.

"From my first visit to your store I was very impressed with the complete operation. Each and every visit that I made, usually every week on Friday, was better than the visit before. The complete personel at Harley-Davidson of Wausau made me feel as if we have been friends for many years.
When visiting your dealership the experience is as if I am visiting friends and not a retail establishment. Everyone makes you feel welcome and are ready to assited you at any given moment.
I have visited several other Harley dealerships within the State as well as in other states and Harley-Davidson of Wausau is much more superior than the other dealership I have been in, because they care about you, not just what can they sell you. They take an interest in a person as a friend not just another buyer.

"I took the Rider's Edge Course in Sept. 2006, successfully completed it, and then purchased my very first motorcycle, a Buell Blast. I realize it isn't the biggest, fastest, or most decked out, but, to me, it is the most beautiful bike I've ever seen because it is my very first. The feelings I experience while riding cannot be described, and the best part is that I can put into practice everything we learned from our wonderful instructors in class. "My husband Tom and I would like to thank you for the quality service we had at your business. Over the memorial day weekend we had a flat tire on our motorcycle. We called (another dealer) where we purchased the bike to see if we could get it repaired. They told us they would be closing in one hour and there was nothing they could do for us. We then called you people because it was such a nice weekend and we wanted to ride over the holiday Memorial Day weekend. You said to come down and you would fix the tire.
